Spreading the spirit of sharing, joining hands for the poor

The peak month “For the Poor and Social Welfare” in 2024 is an opportunity for each agency, organization, unit, business, and the entire society to demonstrate the “spirit of mutual support and compassion” through practical and specific actions to share and support the poor and those in difficult circumstances; providing livelihoods, creating social welfare safety nets, helping the poor have opportunities to change their lives and improve their quality of life.

At the Launch Ceremony of the “For the Poor and Social Welfare” Peak Month 2024, Mrs. Nguyễn Lan Hương – Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City confirmed: “Ensuring social welfare and achieving sustainable poverty reduction goals is a consistent policy of the Party, State, and Hanoi City to improve the quality of life for the people of the Capital, contributing to political and social stability, and creating momentum for economic development.”

On behalf of the “For the Poor” Fund in Hanoi City, Mrs. Nguyễn Lan Hương called on all levels, sectors, businesses, organizations, philanthropists, overseas Vietnamese, and international organizations in Vietnam to continue joining hands to help the poor, support the “For the Poor” Fund, and the city’s social welfare programs with the spirit of “Joining hands for the poor – leaving no one behind.”

In response to this call, Sunshine Homes Joint Stock Company donated 5 billion VND, with the desire to contribute additional resources to Hanoi and various levels of government to realize the goal of poverty reduction, building new rural areas, civilized cities, improving the quality of life for people, and developing a cultural, civilized, modern Capital.
