JOB DESCRIPTION
– Tổ chức công tác nghiệm thu, nhận bàn giao các hạng mục xây dựng, kỹ thuật từ các công ty xây dựng và nhà thầu để đưa vào vận hành;
– Quản lý hồ sơ kỹ thuật, bản vẽ hoàn công của cả khu vực và của các khách thuê tại khu vực;
– Tiếp nhận và giải quyết nhanh chóng phàn nàn của khách hàng liên quan đến dịch vụ kỹ thuật;
– Giám sát, hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác những vấn đề liên quan đến hệ thống kỹ thuật/cơ sở hạ tầng tại khu vực.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Tuổi từ 28- 35.
– Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm tại các vị trí Đội trưởng kỹ thuật trở lên.
– Kinh nghiệm công tác giám sát, quản lý bảo trì, vận hành hệ thống kỹ thuật, cơ điện trong các tòa nhà chung cư/văn phòng/khách sạn.
– Am hiểu việc bảo trì cơ cấu xây dựng, tiện ích và thẩm mỹ của tòa nhà/khu đô thị.
– Khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ thiết kế, đồ họa
– Có kỹ năng quản lý, tổ chức và giám sát công việc,
– Có tư duy dịch vụ tốt, có kỹ năng xử lý thắc mắc và giải quyết khiếu nại của khách hàng liên quan đến vấn đề kỹ thuật.
– Khả năng chịu được áp lực cao trong công việc,
JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Graduated from University of Engineering, Electricity and Construction
– Age from 28-35.
– At least 03 years of experience at the position of Chief Technical Officer or above.
– Experience in supervision, management, maintenance and operation of technical and electrical systems in apartment buildings / offices / hotels.
– Understand the maintenance of construction structures, utilities and aesthetics of buildings / urban areas.
– Ability to read and understand design drawings and graphics
– Skills in managing, organizing and supervising work,
– Having good service thinking, skills in handling questions and resolving customer complaints related to technical issues.
