MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
– Tính toán, thiết kế hệ thống điện, điện nhẹ cho các công trình tòa nhà, hạ tầng … lập thuyết minh thiết kế.
– Chủ trì việc triển khai bản vẽ thiết kế thi công điện, nước, ĐHTG. Có khả năng giải quyết các vướng mắc, xung đột trên công trường. Kết hợp với các bộ môn khác (Kiến trúc, kết cấu, ĐHTG, Nước, PCCC …) nhằm tối ưu hóa thiết kế, hạn chế tối đa vướng mắc khi triển khai thi công thực tế.
– Bóc tách khối lượng vật tư thiết bị..
– Các công việc khác được cấp trên giao phó.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
– Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Điện, cấp thoát nước, điều hòa thông gió.
– Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ hành nghề tư vấn thiết kế.
– Các bằng cấp liên quan.
* Kinh nghiệm làm việc:
– Ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế và thi công hệ thống cơ điện của công trình và hạ tầng dự án, ưu tiên công trình cao tầng và dự án trung tâm thương mại, khu nghỉ dưỡng.
– Am hiểu và sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm: AutoCAD, văn phòng (M.Word, M.Excel, M.Powerpoint)… và các phần mềm hỗ trợ tính toán thiết kế.
– Kiến thức chuyên sâu về các giải pháp cơ điện, các tiêu chuẩn và quy định về thiết kế, thi công, vận hành khai thác và bảo hành bảo trì.
– Am hiểu các tiêu chuẩn phòng cháy chữa cháy áp dụng cho các bộ môn khác: Điều hòa thông gió, tăng áp hút khói, điện & điện nhẹ, cấp thoát nước, kiến trúc .
– Kiến thức cơ bản về nguyên tắc và trình tự quản lý công việc, quản lý hồ sơ, nguyên tắc về trình bày bản vẽ thiết kế, thuyết minh (kể cả đặc tính kỹ thuật), lập dự toán thiết kế.
– Am hiểu về chủng loại vật tư vật liệu, quy cách vật liệu sử dụng trên thực tế thi công.
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Analysis and evaluation of architectural design. Since then, offering reasonable mechanical and electrical design solutions, ensuring technical requirements.
– Calculation and design of electric and light electricity systems for buildings, infrastructure … to design explanations.
– Presiding over the implementation of design drawings of electricity, water and WRU construction. Ability to solve obstacles and conflicts on construction sites. Combined with other disciplines (Architecture, structure, WRU, Water, FPF …) in order to optimize the design, minimize obstacles when implementing the actual construction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Qualifications / Qualifications:
– Graduated from University specialized in Electricity, water supply, air conditioning.
– Priority is given to design consultancy practice certificates.
– The relevant qualifications.
* Work experience:
– At least 03 years of experience in the field of design and construction of electromechanical systems of projects and infrastructure projects, prioritizing high-rise buildings and commercial center projects and resorts.
– Understanding and proficient use of software: AutoCAD, office (M.Word, M.Excel, M. Powerpoint) … and software to support design calculations.
– In-depth knowledge of electromechanical solutions, standards and regulations on design, construction, operation and maintenance.
– Understand the fire protection standards applicable to other subjects: Air conditioning, turbocharging smoke, electricity & light electricity, water supply, architecture.
– Basic knowledge of principles and order of work management, document management, principles of presenting design drawings, explanations (including technical characteristics), and making design estimates.
– Be knowledgeable about types of materials and materials, specifications of materials used in actual construction.
