JOB DESCRIPTION
– Tham gia soạn thảo, đàm phán các giao dịch của Tập đoàn; kiểm soát về nội dung, hình thức, thủ tục các hợp đồng
– Phối hợp cùng các bộ phận có liên quan đảm bảo quyền lợi của Tập đoàn đối với bản quyền sở hữu trí tuệ, thương hiệu, bí mật công nghệ….
– Hỗ trợ Phòng Kinh doanh và DVKH giải đáp thắc mắc, khiếu nại liên quan đến Hợp đồng Mua bán Bất động sản, các vấn đề pháp lý của dự án và các vấn đề khác liên quan
– Tham gia giải quyết các yêu cầu và tranh chấp dân sự, kinh doanh, thương mại và lao động của Tập đoàn (nếu có)
– Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công và yêu cầu của Ban lãnh đạo.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Am hiểu hệ thống pháp luật Việt Nam, đặc biệt là pháp Luật về Doanh nghiệp, Bất động sản, Tài chính ngân hàng
– Có kinh nghiệm từ 3 năm trở lên ở các vị trí tương đương tại các doanh nghiệp BĐS, Ngân hàng
– Nhanh nhẹn, trung thực, chăm chỉ
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Advising and implementing procedures for establishment, reorganization, dissolution, conversion of ownership of the Group’s shares, amendment and supplement of the Company’s Charter and regulations and regulations
– Participate in drafting and negotiating transactions of the Group; control of content, forms and procedures of contracts
– Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the rights of the Group for intellectual property rights, trademarks, technology secrets ….
– Support Sales and Service Department to answer inquiries and complaints related to Real Estate Sale and Purchase Contract, legal issues of the project and other related issues
– Participate in resolving the Group’s civil, business, commercial and labor claims and disputes (if any)
– Perform other duties as assigned and required by the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
– Graduated from university or higher in Law,
– Understanding Vietnamese legal system, especially Law on Enterprises, Real Estate, Banking and Finance
– Having experience of 3 years or more in equivalent positions in real estate enterprises, Banks
– Fast, honest, hardworking
