Trưởng phòng Vận hành & Setup – Operation & Setup Manager

Job Description

• Maintain complete control and coordination between the Business Owner and the operating party and also ensuring all service level agreements are in compliance.
• Annual Business plan preparation with a detailed focus on revenue forecasting for the Hotel project or business.
• Advice on concept design and operational functionality of the hotel infrastructural designs at every stage of development.
• Executing Sales Plans devised by the management/contributing towards the growth of the business revenue
• Meet the Operations Team on a regular basis to review expenses, performance, service; integrated operational recommendations where needed, and ensuring asset values are constantly nurtured.
• Develop new opportunities and be an instrumental in driving strategic partnerships to source business development
• Work with the team to research, identify and analyze potential business development for the group
• Drive initiatives to grow our team’s pipeline, identifying both new verticals that support growth
• Work closely with internal departments in order to understand internal processes, business parameters, and what makes a property perform; use this information to continuously improve strategy, roadmap, and prioritization
• Establish and foster excellent working relationships with all property operation Team and key vendors in hospitality development
• Make detailed plan to operate hotel/resort at the own management of Matterhorn Hotels & Resorts including: set up plan, opening plan, business strategy…

Requirements

1. Knowledge

– Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration/Hotel Management.
– Professional knowledge/Others: Ability to use informatics office well, adaptability to software and new applications quickly

2. Experience

– At least 03 years of experience in similar positions, working at 5* or more standard hotels
– 5 – 7 years experience at international 5* hotels and resorts
– Strong expertise in operation management of the hotel – resort segment

3. Skills & characteristics

– Ability to manage plans and coordinate work
– Ability to build and develop relationship
– Good creativity, flexibility, quick adaptation
– Good negotiation and persuasion skills
