With just a few touches on the smartphone, the App Sunshine Home and Sunshine Service’s system will help residents place all remote services from their daily needs (call repair, maid, laundry services) … for eating, entertainment (shopping, calling private car to pick up, rent apartments) ….

In particular, this application also allows residents to control all of the smart electrical appliances in the apartment such as lighting systems, air conditioners, water heaters, automatic curtains … via smartphones in high class apartment buildings.

Not only that, the most convenient point for Sunshine’s home buyers is that they can use the Sunshine Pay e-wallet to pay all expenses for meals, shopping at shops, stores, restaurants, cafes … in commercial centers of the Sunshine project chain or paying tuition at Sunshine Shool school system.

Besides electronic wallets, resident cards are also considered a smart “power” card. In addition to the usual function, resident cards act as a real bank card that allows you to withdraw at any ATM tree or shop and pay worldwide.

With a smart parking system, residents can check the parking space status through the mobile application. In addition, the app called Sunshine Cab works as a premium version of Uber, Grab with the luxury car system ready to serve residents 24/7.

In addition to technology applications for residents, Sunshine also applies technology in operation and management of project to improve efficiency and transparency.

At Sunshine Group’s resort projects, Technology 4.0 “Made in Sunshine” also helps customers to make profits when investing.

Specifically through the App, the customers – the house owner can easily control the information about the booking history thereby estimating the revenue. At that time, all information about profit is transparent between the house owner and the investor. Proposing real estate development in the industrial revolution 4.0

Firstly, it is recommended that the Government soon issue regulations guiding and encouraging real estate enterprises to apply 4.0 technology in developing real estate projects to promote the Vietnamese real estate market to develop modern, keep up with smart project trends, smart cities in the world.

Secondly, propose the Ministry of Construction to build a database of real estate projects from which to connect with the e-Government. This helps the real estate market develop transparently, facilitating domestic and foreign investors to easily understand investment opportunities. In particular, with the database for real estate projects, management agencies will manage transparently against speculation and price blowing on the market.

Thirdly, in the era of industrial revolution 4.0, the number of foreigners buying real estate products in Vietnam will increase rapidly, along with controlling foreigners buying houses in Vietnam, the Government also needs to have policy to attract more foreign investment. Therefore, it is not necessary to adjust the percentage of foreigners who are allowed to buy a house in a project. Recommendations to adjust the percentage of foreigners who are bought in a project by specific areas.
